Which data we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or e-mail, we collect only the data you provide yourself:

• full name;
• phone number (WhatsApp / Viber);
• e-mail address, if you enter one;
• pickup address, destination and drop-off address;
• pickup date and time, number of passengers and luggage details;
• return trip details, when you request one — the selected waiting time and the return pickup address;
• flight details (flight number and scheduled landing time) and the terminal, when the transfer involves the airport;
• any note you write yourself.

Why we use the data

We use the data from the form exclusively to answer your enquiry and to organise and carry out the transfer: to confirm the time and the fixed price, to let the driver know the pickup place and time, and to contact you if details of the ride need to be aligned.

We do not use the data for automated profiling or for marketing messages you did not ask for.

Sharing of data

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only as far as necessary to carry out the transfer — for example with the driver performing the ride — or when required by law.

The enquiry form is sent through the Formspree service, which processes the submitted message and delivers it to our e-mail address. Your message also passes through the hosting and e-mail infrastructure we use to run the website.

How long we keep the data

We keep the data only as long as reasonably needed for the booking purpose and for communication about the transfer, as well as to meet legal obligations (for example in relation to invoices issued to companies). After that the data is deleted or is no longer used.

Your rights

At any time you can ask what data about you we hold, ask for incorrect data to be corrected, or ask for data to be deleted when it is no longer needed for the transfer or for legal obligations. Send your request to our e-mail address: e-mail.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6SMR0PETPR) to understand how visitors use the pages — which sections are read most and where people drop off. We use this only to improve the site.

Analytics cookies are set only after your consent. On your first visit, the banner offers Accept and Reject. Until you choose, Google Analytics is not granted analytics or advertising storage.

We use Google Consent Mode to manage this. If you do not consent, Google Analytics does not use analytics cookies or device identifiers. Google Consent Mode may send limited cookieless signals for aggregated measurement and modelling. If you reject, the site works normally. If you accept, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, which distinguish visits and last up to two years.

Essential technical data (basic page security) may be used regardless of your choice, as it is not used for tracking.

You can change your decision at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page — from Accept to Reject and back.

Cookie consent is not the same as the consent you give in the booking form. These are two separate matters: one concerns analytics, the other the processing of your data to arrange a transfer.

Security

Enquiry data is kept on devices and services protected by access credentials and is used only for organising the transfer. No transmission of data over the internet can be absolutely secure, so please do not send data through the form that is not needed for the booking (for example payment card details).

Booking terms

• An enquiry is not an automatic booking confirmation.
• The price and the time are confirmed before the ride.
• For longer transfers and high-demand dates, an advance payment may be required by prior arrangement.
• Please let us know about a cancellation as early as possible.

All prices are per vehicle, one way and for up to 4 passengers. The detailed terms of a specific ride are confirmed during booking, by message or phone.
